Definitely worth giving this spot a second look. It Definitely has its up and downs but the front ladies do the best they can to fix everything and to make it a great place. Took a bit to get my disposal fixed but they got it done! I'm happy and am definitely staying for more years to come. :) Maintenance got better too so I can't wait to see how much the grow. They also painted the apartments which is a upgrade.

Place has improved alot. Maintenance helps with all my needs. If you follow the office instructions and put in a work order and wait patiently they will get to you! They is almost 300 units so your going to have to wait and not be upset they dont come the same day! They will be there. Office management helped alot and make it a easy and nice place to live. “Ohh there is trash thrown around” yeah teach your kids the trash goes IN THE TRASH!!!! Quit complaining and clean up after yourself and your kids.

Been living here for about two years now, when I first moved in, I noticed a lot of crime and garbage around the property which I wasn’t happy about. Recently the new management has been busting their butts trying to get this place cleaned up and back on track. Hands down best management we’ve had since I’ve been here. Very happy with the way things are turning around.

As long as I've lived and experienced the office staff at Brickgate Apartments, I always loved the help I received. The assistant manager at the time (Selenas) and the leasing Agent (Shandee) were always very helpful. Yes, they usually were always very busy helping with residents and people coming into the office but I know they did the best that they could. A lot of people were vet rude and treated them badly. I watched it in person!! The leasing Agent at the time always had a smile on her face and treated me very well. She was always professional and went out of her way to help me, she even stayed after office hours if she needed to. The package system gets packed and they do the best that they can! People just expect too much, the office staff are not liable and I trusted the selenas and Shandee with handling them. I never had any issues of anything going missing. Why don't you check the delivery service they could never do their job correct..... Apartment complexes isn't always easy with neighbors, parking and different office staff. But the girls in the office always tried to do the best they could and treated me like family. Don't always believe what people post, the apartments are beautiful and the staff is awesome. I would recommend Brickgate as ur new home, give them a chance :) the office staff are still doing great.
